Is a Masters in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering and Masters in Business Administration (Marketing).  Has over 33 years of experience with tenures in the Indian Navy, Defence Research Development Organisation, Ecoboard Industries, Tech Mahindra and presently Global Talent Track Pvt Ltd. Has had worked in the domains of stealth technology, missile design & development , Nuclear submarine facility management and construction, Environment , Programme Management, Operations, Teaching PG courses and Business Development.  Presently is the Chief Corporate Development Officer and handling HR, Technology, Procurements, legal and operations.

 Anjali is currently the Director-HR at SKF India Ltd. She is an alumna of Lady Shri Ram College Delhi from where she holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors ) Degree in Psychology. She is also a Master in Applied Psychology from Delhi University. Her thesis was on the concept of Psychological Contracting. 

She obtained her PGDHRD from Symbiosis Centre for HRD – Pune and has an Advanced Certificate in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).

Anjali has varied experience in Manufacturing, Insurance and R&D companies. She has worked inter-alia with Tata Motors, Allianz Bajaj Life Insurance Co, Cummins and Thermax.  Her experience includes start-up and turn- around Companies. She has handled multiple Functional Excellence areas including Strategic HR, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Six Sigma, Corporate Responsibility, Health, Safety and Environment and Administration.Her significant contributions include multiple Business Partnership programs, implementation of Culture Based HR Strategy, Capability building, Six Sigma and Diversity initiatives. She has also championed multiple Change management programs.

Anjali is the Vice President for the National Human Resource Development Network– Pune Chapter.

 

 

Having completed his MBA from Pune University, he spent year in the Advertising Industry, he made a progression to Public relations where he joined Capital Images Public Relations and handled clients like Kanbay, Indiaconstruction.com, Indus Software, Acceltree, Sun^n^Sand, Bally Sagoo India Tour

Later he partnered with an automotive ERP solutions company, Windals Infotech Pvt Ltd. He spearheaded the marketing of their flagship product EMS, and simultaneously helping the company partner with Intel and Microsoft for strategic support. He refocused the company^s energies toward the Telecom Industry, and had a major role in designing the software process flows for Group Messaging Service (GMS). Bagging BSNL as its first client within the first months and setting up the marketing initiative for the same.

He has undergone training at IIM Bangalore under the aegis of Microsoft.

He shifted roles to consulting, companies like WNS, N-Trance, BSNL, Options - One, Schenetedy Beck, Sabey Corporation USA, Ruff Hewn ,and imparting knowledge at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and Indira School of Business Studies in the fields of IT & Business Communication

He worked for the marketing communication activities for Summit HR India, a leading Total Talent Engagement Company. and has been key in Implementing sales force in the organisation

He is now currently heading Visual FX Team, a premiere company in providing state of the art and cutting edge Visual Solutions to events. 

 Radhika Nabar, has done a Master in Commerce from Pune University and is currently pursuing a PGDBA from SCDL - Pune. 

Radhika  has over  5 years of experience in companies like Thermax Limited, Plazma Technologies, Maestro Tradelink Pvt Ltd and Kedar Borgaonkar Financial Services. 

Her experience covers a wide gamut of roles, including handling online-trading, Customer Service, and HR Generalist profile. She has handled multiple HR functional excellence areas in her tenure at Thermax including HR Operations, Talent acquisition, training and development, and Oracle based HRMS.

 Radhika is currently the Coordinator for NHRDN – Pune Chapter. She will be leading a project on Collaboration and Affiliation with Professional bodies.
